No doctor–patient relationship is created by viewing this Website, reading its content, watching its videos, submitting an appointment request, or messaging us on WhatsApp, email or social media. That relationship begins only when you attend an in-person consultation at a licensed clinic and are registered as a patient.

3. Individual results vary

Results may vary from person to person.

This is the single most important thing to understand about the results content on this Website.

Every outcome shown on this Website is the outcome of one individual patient. Outcomes depend on:

skin type, tone and thickness, and Fitzpatrick classification
age, hormonal status and genetics
the nature, severity and duration of the condition being treated
underlying medical conditions and medications
the number of sessions completed and the interval between them
adherence to the prescribed home-care regimen and aftercare instructions
sun exposure, smoking, sleep, stress and general health
individual biological response, which cannot be predicted in advance

No treatment outcome is guaranteed, promised or warranted. Two patients receiving the same treatment may respond very differently. Some patients respond fully, some partially, and some do not respond at all. Some conditions can be managed and improved but not permanently cured. Many treatments require maintenance to sustain their effect.

The results shown here are illustrative of what has been achieved for particular patients — they are not a prediction of what will be achieved for you.

4. About the before-and-after images on this Website

We publish results content because patients find it genuinely useful in understanding what a treatment does. We publish it under the following standards, in line with Dubai Health Authority requirements:

a) Real patients only. Every image is of an actual patient treated by Dr. Dhanya Rajkumar. We do not use stock photography, models, simulated results or images sourced from third parties in our results content.

b) Written consent on file. Each patient has given specific, written consent for their images to be published. Where the patient is under 18, written consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and content is removed on withdrawal.

c) Same patient, matched conditions. The "before" and "after" images show the same patient, photographed under comparable lighting, background, camera, lens, distance, angle and positioning.

d) No digital enhancement. Images are not retouched, filtered, smoothed, colour-graded, morphed or otherwise digitally altered to exaggerate a result. Standard, uniform cropping and resizing may be applied.

e) No selective misrepresentation. Images are not chosen to imply a typical or average result. They are examples, nothing more.

f) Time intervals. Where stated, the interval between the "before" and "after" image, and the number of sessions performed, is accurate. Where an interval is not stated, please ask us — we will tell you.

g) Privacy protection. Identifying features are cropped or obscured unless the patient has expressly consented to being identifiable. Patient names are not published without express consent.

5. About the procedure and treatment videos

a) Videos are published for patient education and orientation — to show what a visit or a procedure looks like, so that patients feel informed and less anxious.

b) Videos are not instructional or training material. They do not show complete technique, dosing, product selection, injection planes, depths or volumes, and must not be used to attempt any procedure. Do not attempt any procedure shown on this Website on yourself or on any other person. Doing so is dangerous and, if performed without a DHA licence, unlawful.

c) All videos featuring an identifiable patient are published with that patient's prior written consent.

d) We do not film or broadcast in operating theatres, in rooms where surgical or invasive procedures are being performed, or where a patient is sedated, unconscious or otherwise unable to consent.

e) Videos may be edited for length and clarity. Editing is never used to alter or exaggerate a clinical result.

f) A procedure that appears quick, simple or comfortable on video may be experienced differently by you. Individual pain tolerance, recovery, downtime and side effects vary.

6. Risks, side effects and downtime

All medical and aesthetic procedures carry risk. No procedure is risk-free, including procedures often described as "non-invasive", "lunchtime" or "minimal downtime".

Depending on the procedure, potential effects may include — and are not limited to — redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, itching, dryness, peeling, temporary darkening or lightening of the skin, infection, scarring, allergic or hypersensitivity reaction, asymmetry, nodules or lumps, under- or over-correction, prolonged downtime, and in rare cases more serious complications.

The specific risks, benefits, alternatives, expected recovery and cost of any procedure recommended for you will be explained to you in person, before treatment, as part of a formal informed consent process conducted in accordance with the DHA Standards for Patient Consent and Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 on Medical Liability.

Website content does not, and cannot, replace that consent discussion.

7. Suitability is decided in person, not online

Nothing on this Website constitutes a finding that a treatment is appropriate for you.

Suitability can only be determined after an in-person consultation including history-taking, examination, and where necessary investigation. Some treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in the presence of certain medical conditions, infections or medications, or where a patient's expectations cannot realistically be met.

Dr. Dhanya Rajkumar will decline to perform any treatment she does not consider clinically appropriate, and may recommend a different treatment, a different sequence, or no treatment at all.

b) Only products that are registered and approved for use in the United Arab Emirates, sourced through authorised channels and stored under required conditions, are used in our practice.

c) Where a treatment is used for an indication outside its registered approval, this will be discussed with you and documented before treatment.

9. Testimonials and patient reviews

a) Testimonials published on this Website are the genuine experiences of individual patients, published with their consent. Names may be shortened or replaced with initials to protect privacy.

b) A testimonial describes one person's individual experience and opinion. It is not a clinical claim, is not verified as a scientific outcome, and does not indicate what any other patient will experience.

c) Testimonials are not paid for and no incentive is given in exchange for a review. — amend if any incentive, gift or discount is ever offered, in which case the material connection must be disclosed

d) Reviews appearing on third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook or Instagram are published by their authors on those platforms and are outside our control.

14. Emergencies

This Website is not monitored around the clock and must never be used to report an emergency.

If you experience a severe reaction after a treatment — including difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, sudden severe or worsening pain, skin turning white, blue, grey or mottled, vision changes, high fever, or spreading redness and heat:
